Returns

• Eligibility: Gummies can only be returned if the product is damaged upon receipt. We require proper proof of damage, such as photographs of the product and packaging.
• Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at aayushwellnesslimited@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the damage, and any supporting evidence. Our team will guide you through the return process.
• Shipping: The product so returned must be shipped to our warehouse at _____________________ within 30 days from initial delivery of the order to the customer. The cost for shipping the return to our warehouse shall be borne by the consumer.

Refunds

• Non-Refundable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the gummies have been purchased. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the return is approved due to product damage. However, no refund shall be issued for the following:

Ø  Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Ø  Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if the original invoice or proof of purchase is not provided by the customer.

Ø  Free products, gifts, or promotional items received as part of an offer are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Ø  Any return initiated without prior approval from our customer service team will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
