Returns
- Eligibility: Gummies can only be returned if the product is damaged upon receipt. We require proper proof of damage, such as photographs of the product and packaging.
- Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at aayushwellnesslimited@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the damage, and any supporting evidence. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Shipping: The product so returned must be shipped to our warehouse at _____________________ within 30 days from initial delivery of the order to the customer. The cost for shipping the return to our warehouse shall be borne by the consumer.
Refunds
- Non-Refundable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the gummies have been purchased. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the return is approved due to product damage. However, no refund shall be issued for the following:
